Jeff Hayward

Jeff brings a unique background in politics, public and private sector leadership. After serving in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and VP of development/marketing for a national, publicly traded health care company, he joined United Way of Massachusetts Bay. As chief of external affairs, he led the strategic investment of over $30M.  He leverages his experience in Central Florida by serving on the Leadership Council of the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness, the Board of CareerSource Central Florida, and on the Board of the Orlando Economic Partnership. He was recognized as a CEO of the Year honoree in 2020 by the Orlando Business Journal.  He has been in the UW system for 22 years and is in his fifth year in Orlando.
