United Way of Northwest Florida President & CEO, Gina Littleton is 3rd generation born and raised in Bay County, Florida. She attended college at the University of Florida in Gainesville and, after graduation, moved to Chicago, IL for 5 years before returning to the Bay County area and starting her non-profit career. Gina has seventeen years of experience in non-profit leadership, serving seven of them at UWNWFL. In her time with United Way, Gina was the Director of Campaign & Development before being named President & CEO in February of 2022. UWNWFL has seen tremendous growth under Gina’s leadership and the organization continues to strive to create lasting impact in the six counties, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, & Washington, it serves.
