In July of 2016, Carol moved her family from Niagara County New York to become the President/CEO of United Way of Martin County. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for all in her community. She brings that passion and commitment to her work as evident by her 30 plus years with the United Way movement.
She gets inspired by meeting the people in her community and loves seeing when clients receive a hand up. Carol works everyday with her team to make sure the programs that are needed to provide that hand up are supported by United Way.
She is the mother of two girls, Ellen – 19 a sophomore at Florida Atlantic University’s Honors College and Natalie – 15 sophomore at Martin County High School. She has been married for 26 years to her husband Steve. They reside in Palm City.
