In June 2022, Melissa Nelson was named President and CEO of United Way of Florida, a collaborative organization that serves Florida’s 28 local United Ways and is part of the United Way Worldwide global network.

Beth has been with the United Way of Florida since 1990. She is responsible for directing, coordinating, and providing various direct services to the members and assisting with the daily management of the organization’s services, programs and finances.
