Hudson is a seasoned executive who has both local and international non-profit and corporate experience. During her career she has led large-scale franchises and product portfolios. More recently she served as the president and chief executive officer of Chapman Partnership, a $70 million nonprofit that provides comprehensive services to empower the homeless to self-sufficiency. Under Hudson’s leadership, Chapman Partnership has been regarded as an innovative provider, particularly through its education and personal development programs, and has served as a national model for best practices.

Before moving to Miami, Hudson spent two decades in the healthcare and medical technology industries, driving the portfolios and strategic marketing efforts of billion-dollar corporations in the U.S. and Europe. Before this, she spent 10 years with consumer goods, financial services and insurance brokerage firms with a focus on strategy, marketing and finance.

Hudson has supported her community by serving on several volunteer boards, including the Kohl Children’s Museum, Baxter Healthcare Foundation and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Miami Dade County. She was named to Lifestyle Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Black Leaders of South Florida list in 2020.

Hudson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Alabama A&M University School of Business.
