Symeria T. Hudson

Hudson is a seasoned executive who has both local and international non-profit and corporate experience. During her career she has led large-scale franchises and product portfolios. More recently she served as the president and chief executive officer of Chapman Partnership, a $70 million nonprofit that provides comprehensive services to empower the homeless to self-sufficiency.

Melanie Patz

Melanie D. Patz was named president and chief executive officer of United Way of Northeast Florida in August 2022. A respected community and nonprofit leader, Patz previously served as vice president of community investment and impact at Baptist Health and, prior to that, served as vice president of community impact for United Way. Patz assumed the organization’s top post Sept. 26.

Courtney Edgcomb

Courtney currently serves as the President of the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties in Daytona Beach, FL. Courtney is a graduate of Stetson University and Troy University. She began at the United Way in 2013 as a Resource Development Manager and has since held positions responsible for the United Way’s transition to community impact, volunteer engagement, marketing, and fundraising.

Tiffani Mensch

Following a national search, Tiffani Mensch has taken the helm as CEO of United Way of Collier and the Keys. Mrs. Mensch comes to UWCK from Knoxville, Tennessee, where she has a deep, trusted history of non-profit strategy, operations, finance, resource development, marketing, and communications.

Caron Partridge

On July 17, 2023, Caron Partridge was appointed as United Way Space Coast's (formerly Brevard) new President. Caron has a distinguished career with United Way of Brevard. She joined United Way in 2001 as the Marketing and Communicationås director, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission to be Brevard's leader in mobilizing the caring power of our community.

Carl Cricco

United Way of St. Johns County is excited to announce Carl Cricco as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, ushering in a new era of strategic leadership. Cricco, whose extensive experience spans nonprofit leadership, marketing, and fundraising, officially joined United Way on November 4th and will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission to create lasting community impact. 

Berneice Cox

Berneice Cox is President and CEO of the United Way of the Big Bend and is host and producer of the NBC television show "Our Issues Tallahassee". Prior to becoming the CEO of UWBB, she spent over 25 years advocating before the Florida Governor and Cabinet, House and Senate and provided strategy for clients at the national level working with the United States Florida Senate and Congressional Delegation. She was selected as one of the 25 Women You Need to Know in Tallahassee.
